The composition of FOCUS HYDRO is similar but completely different than GAMERIZE Energy. There is no caffeine here, but the composition is supplemented with glycine, coconut water and creatine.

GAMERIZE Focus Hydro. Food supplement. With sweeteners. Product with lychee flavour containing a.o. glycine, creatine monohydrate, coconut water and plant extracts recommended for adults. Niacin, magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to normal psychological function.
Ingredients: magnesium salts of citric acid, acidity regulators (E330, E296), choline bitartrate, flavourings, glycine, creatine monohydrate, L-tyrosine, citrulline malate, anti-caking agent (E551), gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), glucuronolactone, powdered coconut water, salt, red beet juice concentrate, bacopa monnieri leaves extract (Bacopa monnieri L. Wettst; 50% bacosides), ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera L.; 1,5% withanolides), ginkgo biloba leaves extract (Ginkgo biloba L.; 24% flavonoid glycosides), blueberry fruits extract (Vaccinium uliginosum L.), niacin (nicotinic acid), vitamin A (retinyl acetate), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K, steviol glycosides from Stevia).
Recommended use: Mix ~1 scoop of powder (7 g) with 300-350 ml of water. Consume one serving per day.
